Terms governing use of the Service Aspenpath website and engagement of our printed ledger services.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the website at service-aspenpath.click or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services described
Service Aspenpath Co., Ltd. provides printed transaction ledger binding, ledger review sessions, and archive refresh services for cryptocurrency wallet holders. We format and bind transaction records from client-provided exports. We do not custody, transfer, or have access to private keys or digital assets.
3. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete export files
- Ensuring you have the right to share the data contained in your exports
- Collecting finished volumes within 30 days of notification
- Making payment according to agreed terms
4. Intellectual property
The layout templates, binding designs, and website content are owned by Service Aspenpath Co., Ltd. You retain ownership of your transaction data. We do not claim any rights over the information contained in your wallet exports.
5. Limitation of liability
Our services produce physical records from data you provide. We are not liable for:
- Errors originating in your source export files
- Loss of digital assets or private keys
- Decisions made based on information in bound ledgers
- Damage to volumes caused by improper storage after collection
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client export files as confidential. Files are processed on air-gapped workstations and deleted within 48 hours of volume collection unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.
