Who this is for
Holders who already keep paper notes or partial printouts but suspect their records have gaps, duplicate entries, or inconsistent address labeling.
What happens during the session
You bring your existing binders, loose printouts, or export files on a USB drive. We sit together and walk through your records chronologically. We flag missing date ranges, highlight addresses that appear under multiple labels, and suggest a naming convention that will hold up over years of additions.
What is included
- 90 minutes of focused review with a ledger specialist
- Written summary of findings (one page, printed)
- Recommendations for binding structure if you commission a full ledger later
- Basic address deduplication check against your export
What is excluded
- Full reformatting or binding (available as a separate service)
- Key recovery or wallet access assistance
- Legal or tax interpretation of your transactions
Preparation
Gather whatever paper records you currently have, even if incomplete. Export fresh CSV files from each wallet if possible. Arrive ten minutes early to settle in.
