Who this is for
Clients who previously commissioned a ledger from us (or another binder) and have accumulated new wallet activity since the last binding date.
What you receive
Either a supplementary section sewn into your existing volume (if spine capacity allows) or a new continuation volume with matching cover style, spine label format, and page numbering that picks up where the previous volume ended.
What is included
- Formatting of new transactions to match your existing ledger layout
- Cross-reference index linking old and new volumes
- Spine label update if appended in-place
- One layout proof before printing
What is excluded
- Reformatting of the original volume (unless separately commissioned)
- Recovery of transactions from wallets you no longer have export access to
Process
- Return your existing volume to our office (or describe its layout if bound elsewhere)
- Provide a fresh export covering the new date range
- We prepare a proof page showing how the continuation connects
- Binding completed and ready for collection within 3–5 business days
