Contact form submissions: Name, email address, service selection, wallet count, and message content.
Service engagement: Export files you provide on USB drive, correspondence related to your commission, and payment records.
Website usage: Essential cookies for consent preference storage. We do not currently use analytics cookies.

- Responding to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- Preparing, formatting, and binding your ledger commission
- Processing payments and maintaining business records
- Complying with legal obligations under South Korean law
4. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data based on:
- Your consent (contact form submissions, cookie preferences)
- Contractual necessity (fulfilling ledger commissions you request)
- Legitimate interest (maintaining business records, responding to inquiries)
5. Data retention
- Contact form data: retained for 12 months after last correspondence, then deleted
- Export files: deleted from our workstation within 48 hours of volume collection unless you request extended retention
- Payment records: retained for 5 years as required by Korean tax law
- Cookie consent preference: stored in your browser localStorage until cleared
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:
- Courier services (name and delivery address only, for volume delivery)
- Payment processors (for bank transfer reconciliation)
- Legal authorities when required by South Korean law
7. International transfers
Our operations are based in South Korea. If you contact us from outside Korea, your data will be processed in South Korea. We do not routinely transfer data to third countries.
8. Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act of South Korea, you have the right to:
