Binding Process
How Service Aspenpath transforms your wallet exports into a durable, readable printed ledger at our Seocho studio.
From export to bound volume
Every ledger we produce follows the same six-stage process. Transparency matters — you should know exactly what happens to your files and when.
Intake conversation
We discuss how many wallets you hold, what export format you use, and how you plan to store the finished volume. This can happen by email or during a brief phone call. No files are needed yet.
Export handoff
You bring CSV or JSON files on a USB drive to our Seocho office. We copy them to an air-gapped workstation that has never been connected to the internet. If you prefer, you can watch the transfer happen.
Layout proof
We format one sample page per wallet and print it for your review. You confirm column order, font size, address truncation style, and spine label text. One revision round is included.
Deposit and approval
Once you approve the proof, we request a 50% deposit by bank transfer. Full printing begins only after deposit confirmation.
Printing and binding
Pages are printed on acid-free 80gsm stock, collated, and sewn into a hardcover binding with reinforced spine. A laminated spine label is applied. Typical turnaround: five to seven business days.
Collection and file deletion
You pick up the finished volume at our office or arrange Seoul courier delivery. Unless you request otherwise, export files are securely deleted from our workstation within 48 hours of collection.
